🔁 1. Return Period

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

📦 2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Include all original tags and packaging
Not be damaged due to misuse or mishandling

🚫 3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Customized or personalized items (e.g. custom text, design, or color)
Sale or clearance items
Orders with incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g. wrong size, color, or shipping address)

🛠️ 4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Include clear photos of the issue

We will either:

Send a replacement at no extra cost

or

Issue a full refund

💸 5. Return Shipping & Refund Process

For items returned due to our error, we cover all shipping costs and offer a full refund.
For returns based on personal preferences (e.g. wrong size, changed mind), customers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the item.

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.
